amazing what sunshine can do...

work on saturday and left to find kensington ave hip and happening with all the store vendors on the sidewalk selling lots of mother's day gift baskets among some unnecessary cheapo stuff.
kinda hectic with lots and lots of people everywhere coz it's too hot inside the row homes. or maybe home is too stressful.

anyway, despite all the crazy litter that abounds (my pet peeve) (no one has seen the sesame street episode when grover throws his trash on the ground and then eventually is chased by a giant boulder of trash?)... the neighbourhood seemed so nice (same feeling visiting irvine, california). even the roughest 'hoods are transformed with some blue skies and sunshine.
